In Liguria, according to tradition, the nuts used in the preparation of this liquor have to be reaped on St. John's day, June 24th. Only then, in fact, they become ripe and are ready for the Walnut liqueur, directly extracted from the walnut hulls, with the addition of only natural ingredients.
Pleasantly bitter, it is manufactured using traditional infusion methods and natural aging. It has tonic, aperitif and digestive properties.
Ingredients: Alcohol, Sugar, hydroalcoholic extract of fresh Walnuts with the hulls, Caramel, hydroalcoholic extracts of Cinnamon, Lemon rinds and Cloves.
Based on: Hydro-alcoholic Cinnamon extracts, lemon peels, Carnation nails.
